Ketoprofen 100 mg/ml 

 

Indications

Cattle: anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic in cases of inflammatory processes associated with respiratory diseases, mammary edema, acute mastitis, and musculoskeletal inflammatory processes.

Horses: Treatment of inflammatory and painful states of osteoarticular and musculoskeletal systems as (lameness of traumatic origin, arthritis, arthrosis, articular traumatisms (sprains, synovitis), fractures, tendinitis)

- Foot affections (navicular disease, horseshoe accidents, pododermatitis circumscripta, founder), post-surgical inflammations. 

- Symptomatic treatment of colic.

 

Dosage and Administration

Cattle: Intravenous or intramuscular use.

- Administer 3 ml/100 kg body weight daily for 1 to 3 consecutive days.

Horses: Intravenous use.

- Administer 1 ml/45 kg body weight daily for 3 to 5 consecutive days in the treatment of musculoskeletal and osteoarticular system affections.

- Administer 1 ml/45 kg body weight in a single dose in the symptomatic treatment of colic.

 

Withdrawal Period

- Meat: 4 days - Milking: 0 days
