Product Description

Bromac is a mucolytic agent which changes the structure of bronchial secretions leading to a reduction in the viscosity of the sputum. 

 

Composition

Each 1 ml contains: Bromhexine HCl: 10mg (Eq. to 9.40 mg Bromhexine base)

 

Indications

Bromac is used as ancillary therapy in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in horses, cattle, dogs, and cats.

Treatment of amniotic fluid aspiration in newborn animals.

 

Dosage

Route of administration: oral administration

Dose of the whole product:

- Cattle: 2.5 ml / 50 kg bwt daily for 5-7 days                               

- Horses: 1.0-2.0 ml / 50 kg bwt daily for 5-7 days              

- Dogs: 1.0 ml / 5 kg bwt given twice daily

- Cats: 0.5 ml / 5 kg bwt given once daily
