Product Description

- A mixture of powerful surface-active agents with a special affinity for water-based liquid, reducing its surface tension and enhancing feed processing efficacy and safety, increasing the profitability of feed processing operations.

- KEM WET™ Amp is a balanced synergistic combination of five powerful surface-active compounds, combined to ensure improved feed conditioning, pelleting, cooling, and feed processing efficacy. Besides, it contains propionic acid and ammonium propionate (200 g/kg).

 

Composition

Each 1 kg contains:

1- Ammonium propionate (22%) 405gm

2- Propionic acid (35%) 495gm

3- Glyceryl polyethyleneglycol ricinoleate 100gm (low ethoxylation degree)

4- Glyceryl polyethyleneglycol ricinolate (medium ethoxylation degree)

5- Sorbitan monolaurate

6- Lauric acid esterified with glycerol.

7- Diacetyl tartaric esters of monoglycerides.

 

Mode of action

- Wetting agents reduce the surface tension of hydro-soluble liquids and then emulsify them with fat, affecting their physical and chemical properties and leading to texturized, soaked, and conditioned feedstuff.

- The water solution from KEM WET™ penetrates easily in feed particles and distributes uniformly achieving optimum conditions and resulting in superior feed process performance.

- Use a water solution of KEM WET™ range of products.

It results in an Opti CURB K solution to apply as a tensio-active solution to the feed material.

- The recommended dose of Kem Wet is 100–150ml + 10 Liter water for one-ton feed. The used dose depends on the moisture content of raw feed materials as well as on the desired moisture content in the final produced feed.

- The recommended dosage for Opti CURB K is up to 40 kg/ton of feedstuff depending on risk assessment and target objectives.
